At our first meeting I will complete a questionnaire, go away and carry out my research and later present to you my recommendations. If I believe it is possible to secure you a mortgage I will do everything within my means to ensure you get your mortgage.

There is no doubt, it has become more difficult to obtain borrowing, but it is possible, with the right help. I am also able to offer advice on protection, so that should something go wrong, you have the necessary products to protect you, your home and your family, including life insurance, family income protection benefit, income protection and critical illness cover. I have access to products from a range of leading insurers. I can also arrange buildings and contents insurance cover.
