 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clare at Complete Mortgages has helped us twice now with mortgages, once during our house purchase and the other for remortgaging, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
When purchasing our first house she was incredibly helpful in navigating an at times complicated landscape (kindly answered all of my questions very clearly!), and later during the remortgaging process she found us better rates than I could myself online,  but more importantly kept an eye on the interest rates decreasing and amended our application accordingly.
Communication during the processes was regular and concise making it easy to pick up an email and respond quickly, I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I like to think that I am financially savvy, but she managed to get a much better offer than I could, even considering the modest fee. Whoever it was that gave negative feedback must be a Muppet.

What are our Fees and Charges?

Insurance

We will not charge you a fee for our services relating to insurance, but we will receive commission from the product provider. The commission will be calculated as a proportion of the premiums paid for the insurance product.

You will receive a quotation which will tell you about the fees and charges relating to any insurance policy that we recommend.

Mortgages

We will charge a fee for our advice service which will depend on what mortgage you need, your financial circumstances, and the complexity of what you want. The amount of fee will be between £0 and £499.

Standard mortgage typically £399.

Further Advance, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, Limited Company Buy to Let, Portfolio Buy to Let, Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor, Debt Consolidation typically £499.00.

You need to pay the fee when you get your offer or when you get your mortgage.

We will also be paid a procuration fee by the lender. You will be told how much this is when we give you the mortgage illustration. You can ask in advance the percentage (of the loan) each lender will pay us.

If an application is submitted via a third party specialist (sometimes called a packager) we will be paid commission by them instead of the lender. This will be disclosed to you.
